Wii Sports Club is Great for Toning Upper Body

Wii Sports Club is Great for Toning Upper Body
Watchout!

I just discovered the delight that is Wii Sports Club.

For any Nintendo fans out there, you’ll recognize the games from the original Wii Sports, but they’re updated for the Wii-U.

It has Baseball, Golf, Tennis, Bowling and – my new favorite – Boxing!

I tried boxing for a few rounds one morning after reading it’s much improved over the old version, and wow I was so sore the next day!

My whole arms, shoulders, and upper back!

Wii Sports Club is great for toning upper body

So if you are looking for a fun way to work on toning your upper body, try Boxing right away!

I’ve actually used it for a half hour a day since I discovered it!

And it’s such a fun, exciting way to start the day!

If you progress and need to add a little weight, weighted gloves work perfectly for that. These are available on Amazon!

If you use an Activity Tracker, this is also a fun way to add some intense activity to your daily logs!

Sports Club Boxing is also multiplayer, both online and local so you can box against your friends and family!

It’s a blast!

Wendy, boxing is great fun like you say. I am from the UK and there is regular weekly workout based on boxing called Boxercise. Not sure if you will have that in your country, but its us usually run by hard core boxers themselves and I think they do a DVD you can purchase to do your own version at home 🙂 As you mentioned, boxing is a blast, and gets you fit fast helping you to loose weight easily as its a very good all round body workout.

I try to do as much of my exercise outside as possible, although it means I do less on cold, windy, wet days so this would be a great alternative.

I agree, boxing is a great workout. Sounds like a high energy way to start your days.

That looks like such fun! I’ve been looking for ways to get more exercise. I love sports but don’t have much of an outlet to play it. I wonder if they’ll get in basketball – my all time favorite sport to play.

Haha this is cute! I’ve been looking for fresh, new ways to incorporate strength workouts into my routine, so maybe I’ll give this a try! Love the look of your blog, by the way– 🙂
