Hi! My name is Wendy and I am addicted to video games.

It started when I was young… and hasn’t stopped. I am beyond the age of “outgrowing it”.

HOWEVER, I am also dedicated to being healthy and fit and love to combine the two!

I am here to help you do the same!

I started when I was in my mid-twenties and I realized…. hey, I sit all day at my job, and I sit all day at home! I was starting to get aches and pains (and I was only 20!) and I was gaining weight. Year after year.

It was all coming down on me and not stopping.

I couldn’t let it go on like that!

So I changed my real life goals – without giving up my game goals!

I started playing Dance Dance Revolution (I’m a sucker for dance music), got myself Wii-Fit, and started finding ways to incorporate exercise into my daily routines at my desk.

Wii Fit, Your Shape, Gold’s Gym, Just Dance, Zumba, EA Active, you name it! I play them all.

I also play computer games and use my computer too much….

So I also exercise at my desk while I’m playing!

And healthier snacking while I was playing (of course – can’t get out of that, but it can still taste good)!

Let’s conquer the trials of dailies, interference, the boring, the mundane, and the difficulty!
