When I talk about health and fitness, I usually gravitate towards exercise habits.
However, that is only half of the equation!
Nutrition is the other half, and has as much to do with being healthy as exercise does.
Today I’m going to focus on water – it’s so important, in fact that I’m making a challenge out of it.
It takes 21 days to form a new habit, and it also takes a bit of time to see and feel the difference from drinking the water, so this will be a 21 day challenge.
This doesn’t take any more time out of the day, it doesn’t take away time from anything else, this is just pure win for your body!
- 8 cups per day (which may seem like a lot at first – but I drink twice that much!)
- It’s gotta be plain water (not diet or sparkling water)
- It can be in addition to what you normally drink every day (you don’t have to give up the soda for this challenge)
